Raymond Ngai

Raymond Ngai has over 20 years of work experience. Raymond started their career in 1996 as an Assistant Manager at KPMG. In 2000, they became a Strategic Business Development Manager at IQ Corporation Pty Ltd. From 2001 to 2002, they worked at Challenger Limited as a Corporate Finance Executive. During their time there, they advised clients on a number of completed and incomplete transactions, advised clients on public hybrid or debt securities issues and debt funding strategies, prepared research, financial models, valuation and structuring advice to support key transactions, and prepared and presented presentations, discussion papers, briefings and pitches for clients. From 2002 to 2020, they worked at Australia Post as the Head of Corporate Finance/ Commercial Advisory, Manager, Investment Performance, Manager, Financial Planning and Performance, and Financial Analyst, Business Analysis & Policy. In 2020, they became the Co-founder and CFO of One Key Access.

Raymond Ngai has completed a Master of Business Administration (Executive) from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, a Professional Year Programme from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA, a Graduate Diploma of Corporations & Securities Law from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Commerce (Degree with Honours) from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) from the University of Melbourne.
