Ian Loughran currently serves as Vice President and Director at ONE Management since June 2023. Prior to this role, Ian was the Chief Commercial Officer and Co-Founder of iDAL from June 2020 until December 2023, and also held the position of Director at IDAL Ltd from October 2017 to December 2023. Ian gained significant experience at IMG as Senior Manager from October 2012 to August 2017, where responsibilities included managing the women's board and high-profile talent. Earlier in the career, Ian worked as a Manager at Next Management from April 2010 to July 2012 and as a Model Booker at Select Model Management from March 2007 to March 2010. Ian holds an International Baccalaureate from Southbank International School and GCSEs from King's College School Wimbledon.
