Bindu Pandya has extensive experience in administrative and recruitment roles, currently serving as PA to the Senior Leadership Team at One Manchester since March 2022. Prior to this, Bindu held the position of PA to the Chief Executive at Arawak Walton Housing Association for fifteen years, from April 2007 to March 2022. Bindu's career began at Cobra Group of Companies, where responsibilities as Head of Recruitment were undertaken from August 2003 to March 2007. Bindu's educational background includes a degree in Managerial and Administrative Studies from Aston University and a CPP in Human Resources Development from Oldham College, along with A Levels in Business Studies, English Language, Psychology, and General Studies from Oldham 6th Form College.
