Conor McGuigan

Conor McGuigan is an experienced professional in the development field, currently serving as the Head of Development at One Manchester since January 2025. McGuigan is responsible for delivering the Development and Regeneration Strategy aligned with the corporate vision of creating sustainable and inclusive communities. Prior to this role, McGuigan held the position of Head of Development - Pre Contract at Great Places Housing Group, focusing on affordable housing initiatives, and served as Development Manager at Onward Homes, managing major projects and securing business opportunities. Earlier experience includes project management roles at Riverside and building surveying positions at the University of Manchester, Rider Levett Bucknall, and Faithful+Gould. Conor McGuigan holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University.
