Adele Axness

Adele Axness is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Clinical Recruiter at One Medical since February 2019, Adele leads recruitment initiatives to launch new markets and design collaboration strategies, while also providing interview training for new hires. Previous roles include Recruiting Manager at Fetch, where Adele was responsible for all U.S. recruiting, and senior recruitment positions at 80Twenty, focusing on creative and marketing roles. Additionally, Adele's experience includes community engagement management at the SF-Marin Food Bank and various operational roles in nonprofit organizations. Adele holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Portland and a Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco.
