Bruce W. Dunlevie

Bruce W. Dunlevie has served as a member of our board of directors since June 2007. He has been a General Partner of venture capital firm Benchmark Capital since its founding in May 1995. Mr. Dunlevie also serves on the board of directors of ServiceSource International, a publicly traded analytics company. From March 2008 to February 2017, he served on the board of directors of Marin Software, a publicly traded digital advertising company. He earned a B.A. in History from Rice University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University. We believe that Mr. Dunlevie is qualified to serve as a member of our board of directors because of his extensive experience in health care and technology and his service on publicly traded company boards.
