Emilia McCotter

Emilia McCotter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and healthcare. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at One Medical since August 2020, Emilia has progressed through various roles including Operations Manager and Shift Lead. Prior experience includes positions as a Dental Assistant at BRANDT ENDODONTICS, P.C., and Ann Arbor Pediatric Dentistry, where responsibilities included patient satisfaction and efficient onboarding processes. Emilia also contributed to the City of Livonia as an Election Inspector Co-Chair, leading a team and engaging with diverse community members. Additionally, as an Event Project Manager for the Detroit United Irish Societies, Emilia coordinated events between Detroit and Ireland. Emilia holds a Bachelor's of Science in Biomolecular Science from the University of Michigan and is pursuing a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration at Northwestern University.
