Erika Ourisman

Erika Ourisman serves as the Director of Medicare and Regulatory Compliance at One Medical, where responsibilities include addressing compliance and ethics questions related to senior health and government payer business. Prior experience includes over a decade at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, where Erika held various compliance specialist roles overseeing regulatory enforcement related to the Affordable Care Act, in addition to developing significant compliance programs. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and German from Swarthmore College.
