Matt Favazza

Matt Favazza, MSN, FNP-BC, currently serves as the Medical Director for MPHP Medicare Risk Adjustment and Patient Safety at One Medical since January 2022. Previously, Matt held roles as Medical Director and Team Nurse Practitioner at Iora Health from June 2018 to February 2024. Additional experience includes working as Clinical Adjunct Faculty/Preceptor at Simmons University from January 2015 to May 2019 and as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Seacoast Medical Associates from 2013 to June 2018. Matt also has an entrepreneurial background as the Owner/Director of Marketing at Kär•bən from 2009 to August 2017 and served as an Associate/Consultant at Summit Health Products from 2007 to June 2017. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Family Nurse Practice from Simmons University and a Bachelor's degree in Cellular & Molecular Biology and Chemistry/Physics from Salem State University.
