Garen Staglin

Garen Staglin is the current Chairman at One Mind for Research. Garen has also previously served as the Chairman at Bring Change 2 Mind, and as a Board Member at ExL Services.

Staglin began their career in the financial industry, working first at SVB Financial Group and then at NVoicePay. Garen was successful in securing strong channel partner relationships with ADP and Silicon Valley Bank while at NVoicePay, and led the company to a successful exit to FleetCor.

In 2005, Staglin joined ExL Services as a Board Member. Garen was appointed Chairman in 2014 and served in that role until stepping down in 2022. During their time as Chairman, they also served on the Compensation Committee and the Nominating & Governance Committee.

Staglin is an experienced investor and advisor, providing advice on payment technologies as well as fund raising. Garen has also served as the Chairman of Healthy Brains Global Initiative (HBGI) and Profit Velocity Solutions.

Garen Staglin received their MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in finance and systems analysis and their BS in engineering--electrical and nuclear from University of California, Los Angeles.
