Betsy Shroyer

Betsy Shroyer's work experience includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer at One Mission Society starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the Indiana Department of Revenue in various roles such as District Director, District Manager, Deputy Director, Zone Manager, Field Audit Supervisor, and Field Auditor from 1985 to 2022.

Betsy Shroyer earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Ball State University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. In addition, they obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Indiana Board of Accountancy in July 1990. Betsy has also pursued various certifications and courses on topics such as talent pipeline building, motivating teams, leadership, handling workplace change, well-being and productivity, positive conversations with challenging customers, performance management, change management, working with difficult people, coaching and development, emotional intelligence, listening skills, and Excel pivot tables. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with the most recent one being "Building a Talent Pipeline from New Recruits to Leadership" in July 2021.
