Training and Development

The Training and Development team at One Mission Society focuses on equipping and empowering local Christians through tailored training programs to effectively make disciples of Jesus Christ. This team develops curriculum, coordinates training initiatives, and provides comprehensive discipleship and educational resources to strengthen ministry efforts in more than 70 countries. Through workshops, courses, and hands-on mentorship, they ensure that local believers receive the knowledge and skills necessary to advance the Great Commission.
