Audrey Gray, LCSW, is a seasoned social worker with extensive experience in various roles focused on empowering vulnerable populations. Currently serving as the Discipleship and Social Services Specialist at One Mission Society since September 2019, Audrey co-developed a reentry program for formerly incarcerated individuals and directs the mental health and social services department. Previous positions include working as a Reading Interventionist at Holland Language Academy and as a Refugee Foster Care Clinician at Bethany Christian Services, where Audrey supported refugee youth from Central America. Audrey’s diverse background in social services includes implementing programs to address gender inequality, conducting community workshops, and mentoring high school girls. Audrey holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Spanish from Asbury University.
