João Duarte

João Duarte has been a Software Engineer at Elgin - home of one.network since April 2013. Prior to that, João worked at Portugal Telecom from October 2008 to April 2013 as a Software Engineer, specifically on the GIS/Maps team. Leading the development of the maps website, API, and service layer. João Duarte holds a BSc in Computers and Electronics from Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa.
