Andrea Hancox

Andrea Hancox has extensive experience in service delivery and customer success, currently serving as Practice Lead Service Delivery at One New Zealand since May 2022. Previously, Hancox was a Customer Success Manager and Vendor Manager at Pāmu™ and held a managerial position in User Experience at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. Other roles include supplier relationship management at Spark New Zealand and the New Zealand Technology Industry Association, where Andrea influenced government relations and maintained member relations. Hancox's background also includes significant positions at The Laptop Company and HP, focusing on all of government contracts and strategic vendor management.
