Farhan Sarfraz

Farhan Sarfraz is a seasoned Programme Manager currently serving as the Tribe Delivery Lead at One New Zealand since April 2023, where responsibilities include leading the transition to an Agile framework, overseeing governance across ten teams, and reporting on program delivery to senior management. Previously, Farhan spent nearly nine years at Vodafone New Zealand, managing complex IT projects and leading cross-functional teams to enhance legacy systems and digital platforms. Farhan's extensive experience also includes project management roles at Lumley General Insurance, Huawei Technologies, Telenor, and Motorola, contributing to successful project delivery and recognition for excellence in various initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Management from the University of Engineering and Technology, a Bachelor’s in Information Technology from the National University of Sciences and Technology, and a Project Management Professional Certification.
