Fleur Elliot

Fleur Elliot is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Operations Lead at One New Zealand since February 2023. Previously, Fleur held several roles at Southern Cross Health Society from March 2019 to February 2023, including People Experience Lead and Employee Experience Partner, focusing on designing and operationalizing employee experiences. Prior to that, Fleur worked at IAG in various capacities, including Head of People & Culture and People & Culture Business Partner. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager for the World Masters Games 2017 and multiple positions at AMP New Zealand, where Fleur managed remuneration processes and supported HR initiatives. Fleur's early career included roles at Rodney District Council and various temporary positions in the UK.
