Prior to their current role, Jessica also gained experience at Better as an Art Director and at Traditions as a Sales & Marketing Manager. Jessica has a strong educational background, holding a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction from DePaul University.
