Mary has experience working in various customer service and client support roles. Mary started as an intern at Pritzker Military Museum & Library, where Mary transcribed veteran interviews. Mary then moved on to positions such as Shift Manager at Brewpoint Coffee and Visitor Services and Sales Supervisor at Pritzker Military Museum & Library. Currently, at One North, Mary holds the positions of Client Services Coordinator, Client Support Lead, and Client Services Lead. Mary graduated from Elmhurst College with a Bachelor of Arts in History.
