MacKenzie Kokal

Mackenzie Kokal is a marketing professional with a diverse background in hospitality and food service industries. Currently serving as a Marketing Coordinator at One Off Hospitality Group since May 2023, Mackenzie also holds the position of Social Media Community Manager and Marketing Assistant at Blake's Seed Based, a role maintained since August 2020. Previous experience includes internships at Levy Restaurants, The Cumin Culinary Brands, and JoJo's Shake Bar, where responsibilities encompassed restaurant marketing and demand generation. Mackenzie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Loyola University Chicago in May 2023.
