Patti Robison

Patti Robison is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in wine management and customer service. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at One Off Hospitality Group since August 2022 and as the Official Ambassador of Orvieto Wines since June 2022, Patti has previously held various management positions in prominent establishments such as Eataly, Gusto 54 Restaurant Group, and A16. Patti's expertise includes overseeing wine retail operations, managing floor teams, and enhancing guest experiences. Notable achievements include being recognized with the Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence in 2012. Patti's educational background includes studies at The University of Alabama from 1995 to 1996.
