Estefani Calandriello

Estefani Calandriello is an experienced Intervention Coordinator at One on One since August 2021, where effective intervention programs have been designed and managed, leading to a 30% improvement in student outcomes. In addition to a role as an Intervention Teacher, Estefani has held multiple positions at BOLD Agency, including Account Supervisor and Social Media Strategist for Casa Cuba FIU. Since January 2022, Estefani has been a Reporter at South Florida Media Network and has previously worked as a Social Media Strategist for Vinícola Góes and as a Social Media Manager at 305 Gelato Bakery. With a background in camp counseling leading to a promotion as Head Counselor at Camp Lingua, Estefani has developed strong leadership and management skills. Estefani is currently pursuing a degree at Florida International University, set to graduate in 2024.
