Tom Wood

Tom is the General Counsel at One Peak.

Prior to One Peak, he spent eight years in private practice at two leading international law firms, Proskauer Rose and Norton Rose Fulbright. Whilst in private practice, Tom advised private equity firms, corporates across different sectors (including technology), and management teams on all aspects of corporate finance, M&A, and private equity deal work (including growth and venture), as well as other legal matters that arise between starting and exiting a business. Tom has significant experience working on both domestic and international transactions, with a particular focus on the technology and financial services sectors. He also spent time on secondment at Citi and AnaCap Financial Partners.

Tom speaks English. He holds a first-class honours degree in Law from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, and a distinction in the LPC from BPP Holborn, United Kingdom.
