Helene Gerber

Helene Gerber has extensive experience in the hospitality and recruitment sectors, currently serving as Responsable des Equipes de Lausanne and Responsable Secteur Hôtellerie-Restauration at One PLACEMENT SA since June 2022. Prior to this role, Helene held various positions in housekeeping management, including Assistante Gouvernante Generale at Beau-Rivage Palace Lausanne, where responsibilities included supervising a team of over 60 employees and managing laundry and floral decoration services. Helene also worked as Gouvernante Générale at Radisson Blu Hotel Biarritz and Hotel Particulier de Pourtales, leading housekeeping teams and ensuring high cleanliness standards. Helene began a career in hospitality as a Chef de rang at Martin Wishart Restaurant, following internships at prestigious hotels such as Shangri-La Hotel Paris and Hotel du Palais. Helene holds a Bachelor of International Hospitality Management from Taylor's University and a BTS in Hôtellerie Restauration from Lycée Hotelier d'Occitane.
