Justin Ashley

Justin Ashley has a diverse work experience in the fitness industry. Justin started their career as a Regional Manager at Fitness First, overseeing multiple clubs and achieving groundbreaking results in revenue and personal training. Justin then co-founded Fit n Fast Australia, which grew to 18 clubs within three years, offering low-cost memberships. Following that, they founded Fit Crew Pty Ltd, a leading outdoor fitness company in Surry Hills. Justin later founded One Playground, an award-winning boutique health club with over 15,000 members and 200 staff members. Throughout their career, Justin has focused on branding, system development, and creating quality gym environments.

Justin Ashley received their Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree in Personal Development, Health and Physical Education from the Australian College of Physical Education in 2003. In 2012, they earned a Multi Channel Direct Marketing Certificate from ADMA. Additionally, in 2013, they obtained a Google Adwords Certification from Google.
