James Fallis

James Fallis TSSP, PTSCTP serves as the Director of Safety at One Rail Group, LLC since July 2023, bringing extensive experience in safety management within the rail industry. Prior roles include Rail Transit Safety and Security Manager at Hitachi Rail, Regional Safety Manager at Holland LP, and Lead Operations Safety Compliance Analyst at Amtrak. Notable competencies include safety process management for railroad construction, OSHA 510 certification, and systems safety program management. James has also held significant positions at the Chicago Transit Authority, CN, and Union Pacific Railroad, alongside operational management experience at ESTRATEGY CONSULTING LLC. James's foundational skills were developed during a 20-year career in the United States Marine Corps, culminating as an Infantry Unit Leader. James holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Carthage College.
