Andrew Shackett

Andrew Shackett is an Operating Partner in the Business and Environmental Services vertical for One Rock Capital Partners, LLC. Mr. Shackett brings over 30 years of experience in this sector focusing on operations, leadership, and business development.

Prior to joining One Rock, Mr. Shackett served as President and CEO of ACV Enviro Inc., overseeing all aspects of the business in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to ACV Enviro Inc., Mr. Shackett held many roles at Clean Harbors Inc. including EVP of Industrial Service and International Operations and a member of the Board of Directors of International Operations. Mr. Shackett began his career as a U.S. Army Paratrooper where he received an honorable discharge upon his departure before going on to work at Tri-S Inc.
