Mark Oakeson

Mark Oakeson is an experienced consultant and operating partner who has helped companies around the globe implement continuous improvement programs and complete lean transformations. Mark is the founder of LVC Consulting and has served as a managing partner since November 2005.

Oakeson has extensive experience working within all organizational levels, from senior management and union leaders to shop floor associates. Mark has been a trusted consultant for companies such as Avio (Italy), Pella Corp., Maytag, Lantech, Hayward Pool, Black and Decker (Mexico), Federal Signal and Mercedes Benz (Brazil, Argentina, Turkey). Mark has also worked extensively in the Americas, the Far East, and Europe.

In their current role as operating partner at One Rock Capital Partners, Oakeson is responsible for leading the firm's investments in the industrial and energy sectors. Mark is also a member of the firm's Executive Committee.

Their manager is R. Scott Spielvogel, Managing Partner. They are on a team with Andrea Skobel - Operating Partner, Adam S. Feuer - Operating Partner, and Brian D. Potts - Operating Partner.
