Stephen S. Ingham

Stephen S. Ingham is an operating partner at One Rock Capital Partners. Prior to this, they served as the chief operating officer of Viking Range Corporation from January 2010 to March 2013. During their time at Viking, they were responsible for leading customer service, sales, marketing, capital investments, HR and IT. Stephen also oversaw 1,000 employees, four facilities and a $125 million supply chain.

Ingham has also served on the board of directors for Airxcel, Inc. from November 2014 to February 2018.

Throughout their career, Ingham has been known for their ability to revive iconic luxury brands and turn them into successful consumer-driven enterprises. Stephen has also proven himself to be an effective leader in times of economic recession. Ingham is a strategic thinker with a track record of successful decision-making in both small and large businesses. Stephen is an innovative thinker who is always looking for new ways to improve efficiency and performance.

Stephen S. Ingham holds a BSCE from The University of Memphis and has completed executive programs at both Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and Harvard Kennedy School. Stephen also has experience in the Toyota Global Production System through TBM Consulting.

Stephen S. Ingham reports to R. Scott Spielvogel, Managing Partner. They are on a team with Brian D. Potts - Operating Partner, Theo Kim - VP, and Andrea Skobel - Operating Partner.
