Shelly Socol has extensive experience in the fashion industry and beyond. Shelly began their career in 1993 as the Executive Director for Israel at the Elie Wiesel Foundation for Humanity, where they established the Israel division, oversaw a multimillion dollar annual budget, and negotiated with national ministries and public officials. In 2001, they joined Theory as the Creative Director of Accessories, where they were responsible for the design, production, and launch of the entire accessories collection. In 2010, they co-founded One Rockwell, where they provide creative and consulting services for fashion houses, guiding them on business, design, development, merchandising, brand extension, marketing and PR.
Shelly Socol received their Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in the field of Fine Arts. Shelly then attended The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art to study Fine/Studio Arts, General. Shelly Socol concluded their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the field of Shelly 'story and Fine Arts.
