Tessa Marano

Tessa Marano is a content lead at One Small Step. Tessa has also worked as the chief content officer at One Small Step from September 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, they were the head of fundraising at 1 Million Women from November 2016 to September 2021. Tessa has also worked as a digital specialist at Green Door Co from April 2016 to December 2018.
