The leaders of One Small Step have a wide variety of experience in many different industries. Nir Eyal has a background in behavioral sciences, BJ Fogg's Behavior Design Boot Camp, and Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences. He is also the Market Impact Director at GetUp. The Product Designer at One Small Step, Swinburne University of Technology, is a student ambassador for the Innovation Precinct. The Designer & Marketer is also from Swinburne University of Technology and has a degree in Bachelor of Design (Communication Design)/Bachelor of Business (Marketing). The Creative Assistant at Suits&Sneakers and the Digital Specialist at Green Door Co are both from Macquarie University. The Head Of Fundraising at 1 Million Women is an intern (Publicity Manager) at The A&R Department.
