Reynier Lezcano, MSHRM, has extensive experience in human resources and facilities management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources & Facilities at ONE Sotheby's International Realty since April 2010, with previous roles as Project Manager and Executive Assistant. Additionally, Reynier was the Lead Instructor at the American Academy of Administration from April 2015 to August 2022. Academically, Reynier holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership & Human Resources from Nova Southeastern University, a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Florida International University, and an Associate of Arts in History from Miami Dade College.
