Chereese Martin

Chereese Martin, MBA, SPHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Since January 2009, Chereese has served as the Director of Human Resources for the Division of Facilities and Real Estate Services at the University of Pennsylvania, where responsibilities encompass a comprehensive range of HR services, including recruitment, performance management, and diversity initiatives. Formerly, Chereese was the Human Resources Manager at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children, overseeing HR operations for 600 employees, and worked as a Corporate Staffing Specialist at Penn Medicine, focusing on staffing strategies for the health system. Chereese holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Eastern University, a BBA from Chestnut Hill College, and a Human Resources certification from Villanova University.
