Currently serving as a Software Developer at Peaceful Media since November 2023, Frank co-founded Burder Creative in January 2007, where efforts focus on creative direction and brand growth. In addition, Frank holds positions as Senior Web Developer at Allegrow and as Contract Web Developer for multiple companies, including Hype Group, Schifino Lee Advertising + Branding, New York Ave - Collaborative Marketing, Paper Jacket Marketing, and Oxford Creative Studio. Expertise spans across various contract roles since 2011, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering high-quality web development and design solutions.

Capstone Communities, LLC, specializes in the development, construction and management of high-quality, off-campus student housing developments in close proximity to major colleges and universities across the country. C3 has also began specializing in the development, construction, and management of high quality conventional housing developments. C3 is made up of three distinct divisions: Development, Construction and Management. Together, these three divisions make us a company able to take our student housing and conventional housing developments all the way from start to finish including acquisition, pre-development due diligence, design, financing and construction through project delivery, lease up and disposition. Because we approach every development opportunity as new and unique, we maintain flexibility and innovation throughout the predevelopment, design and construction phases which allows us to deliver the best possible product in each and every market.
