Richard Naccarato has over 20 years of work experience in the real estate industry. Richard currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at Capstone Collegiate Communities, a role they have held since April 2013. Prior to this, they served as Vice President at the same company from May 2011 to April 2013.
Before joining Capstone Collegiate Communities, Richard worked at McKinney Properties as a Regional Manager from May 2010 to May 2011. Richard also served as a Regional Manager at Cambridge Venture Partners from March 2009 to April 2010.
Richard's earlier roles include being a General Manager at Campus Advantage from April 2007 to February 2009, and Director of Community Operations at JPI Companies from July 2001 to March 2007. Richard started their career at the University of Pittsburgh, where they worked as a Coordinator of Residence Life & Residence Hall Coordinator from February 1997 to June 2001.
Richard Naccarato pursued their education at California University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics & Computer Science from 1991 to 1995. Richard later obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Regional Planning & Development in 1996 from the same institution.

Capstone Communities, LLC, specializes in the development, construction and management of high-quality, off-campus student housing developments in close proximity to major colleges and universities across the country. C3 has also began specializing in the development, construction, and management of high quality conventional housing developments. C3 is made up of three distinct divisions: Development, Construction and Management. Together, these three divisions make us a company able to take our student housing and conventional housing developments all the way from start to finish including acquisition, pre-development due diligence, design, financing and construction through project delivery, lease up and disposition. Because we approach every development opportunity as new and unique, we maintain flexibility and innovation throughout the predevelopment, design and construction phases which allows us to deliver the best possible product in each and every market.
