Carlos Medina

Carlos Medina is the SVP of Operations & Business Development at One Technologies. Prior to this, they were the President of The CDMC Group LLC from October 2017 to February 2019, where they focused on management consulting, KYC and customer experience, business and culture transformation, global operations, program delivery, business process and continuous improvement, LEAN and Six Sigma, BPO-ITO, operating models, and change management.

From 2006 to 2017, Carlos was the SVP of Strategy & Global Operations at Experian. In this role, they led the development and implementation of enterprise-wide operational effectiveness, transformation and cultural change initiatives. Carlos also drove organizational redesign, and best-shoring strategic framework while optimizing global workforce and facilities footprint. Additionally, Carlos managed Greenfield location selection, and expansion of Centers of Excellence (COE’s) in six key global markets with 3000 employees supporting product development and service delivery. Carlos cultivated a high-engagement, best practices operating framework and managed relationships with key ITO/BPO/KPO third party suppliers globally.

Before Experian, Carlos was the VP of Business Development at IBM from 2003 to 2006.

Carlos Medina started their educational career with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Florida. After working in the business world for a few years, they decided to return to school to get their master's degree in management and organizational behavior also from the University of South Florida. While Carlos was working on their master's degree, they also completed a strategic leadership program from the Center for Creative Leadership. In addition to their formal education, Carlos has also completed several professional development courses and certification programs, including LinkedIn's Bill George on Self Awareness, Authenticity, and Leadership program, the Center for Creative Leadership's Executive Strategic Leadership program, and GE's Six Sigma Greenbelt and Lead Workout Facilitator programs.

They are on a team with Jonathan Burr - Chief Technology Officer, Duane Bell - Chief Financial Officer, and Fred Loeber - SVP, General Counsel. Their manager is Jamie Schultz, CEO.
