Varghese Pallathu

Varghese Pallathu has over 20 years of work experience in software development and engineering. Varghese began their career as a Software Consultant at USAA in 1999 and later worked as a Software Consultant at Timberline Software. Varghese then became a Senior Software Engineer at Sonic Innovations, where they worked for three years. After that, they joined Ancestry.com as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on the design and development of web services.

In 2010, Varghese worked as a Senior Software Engineer at SWBC, where they enhanced the corporate portal and developed a consumer overdraft protection web application. Varghese then transitioned to GameStop and contributed to the development of their loyalty sites.

From 2011 to 2012, Varghese was a Senior Software Engineer at Verizon Terremark, responsible for product development, UI/UX design, and architecture design for Verizon's cloud IaaS applications.

In 2012, they became a Senior Software Developer at Affirmative Insurance, where they released a customer-facing application and designed a multi-channel web framework with SOLID principles.

From 2012 to 2015, Varghese worked as a Senior Application Developer at Duff & Phelps, specializing in the development of tax products.

Finally, they are currently employed at One Technologies, LP as a Lead Software Development Engineer. In this role, they are involved in modernizing a monolithic core business service to micro-services and has successfully released a highly impactful product.

Throughout their career, Varghese has gained expertise in various technologies, including .NET, WCF, MVC, jQuery, and more. Varghese has also demonstrated strong skills in architectural design, project leadership, and UI/app service development.

Varghese Pallathu completed their Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) degree in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry at Bishop Hodges High School in Kerala from 1980 to 1986.

Varghese then pursued a Pre-degree degree in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry at St. Berchmans College from 1986 to 1988.

Furthermore, Varghese Pallathu attended Madurai Kamaraj University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Computer Engineering.
