Previously, Philippe held positions including Chief Operating Officer and Corporate Director of Operations at One to One Hotels and Resorts from 2012 to 2013, and General Manager at Swiss-Belhotel International in 2011. With extensive experience starting from various roles in food and beverage management across prestigious organizations, including Rotana and Intercontinental Hotel Group, Philippe gained valuable expertise in operational leadership.
