Sherlyn Ramos

Sherlyn Ramos has been working in human resources for over two years. Sherlyn started their career as a human resources coordinator at PartnerRe. In this role, they were responsible for HR generalist/payroll duties such as data entry, payroll, and record retention. Sherlyn also assisted in preparing and distributing payroll and benefit reports.

In May 2021, Sherlyn transitioned to a new role as a senior client relations specialist at Vensure Employer Services. In this role, they are responsible for supporting and administering the whole employee life-cycle. Sherlyn also ensures HR compliance related to data entry, payroll, and personnel files.

Sherlyn is currently working as an HR manager at One Tree Planted. In this role, they are responsible for leading and coordinating best practices across the company. Sherlyn also provides support and coordination of benefit administration, leave management, recruitment activities, and other ad-hoc reports.

Sherlyn Ramos completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Analytics Intelligence at the University of Bridgeport. Sherlyn holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Justice and Law Administration from Western Connecticut State University, and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Naugatuck Valley Community College.
