Tamara Rădulescu

Tamara Rojas is a researcher and Marie Curie Doctoral Candidate at i3S - Instituto de Investigação e Inovação em Saúde, focusing on modeling organoid physiology and pathology in the human gastrointestinal tract as part of a European Union initiative. Previously, Tamara served as a research intern at Sorbonne University, developing a novel in-vitro model of Annulus Fibrosus through 3D printing, and at Université Paris Cité, stimulating jaw development in embryonic models for applications in infants. Additional experience includes positions as a Global Regulatory Compliance Analyst at Smith & Nephew, a biotechnologist at Laboratorio Clínico San José, and an intern at Institut Pasteur, contributing to various biomedical projects. Tamara holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from PSL Research University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
