Jonah Biensch

Jonah Biensch serves as the Director of Operations Planning & Strategy at Petfolk since December 2023, bringing extensive experience in operations and academic instruction. Previously, Jonah held roles including Professor of Practice - Livestock Judging Coach at Auburn University, where responsibilities included teaching various courses on livestock evaluation and coaching the livestock judging team. Jonah's earlier experience includes being a Graduate Research Assistant at Texas Tech University, focusing on ruminant nutrition, and co-owning JB Cattle Co, a cattle operation. Additional roles include working as a Roughneck at Rohan Rig Services and as Head of Operations at Verity Land Services. Jonah holds a Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences from Texas Tech University and an Associate of Science degree from Hutchinson Community College.
