Samantha Scholtes

Samantha Scholtes has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Samantha is currently serving as the Director of Operation Initiatives at One Vision since November 2021. Previously, they worked at Mosaic from January 2017 to October 2021, where they held the positions of Community Relations Officer and Direct Support Associate. At Mosaic, they were responsible for developing and executing community relations and donor development plans, cultivating donor relationships, and soliciting gifts. Prior to Mosaic, Samantha worked as a Recreational Therapist at Carolinas HealthCare System in 2015 and as an Assistant Teacher at 4C Community Coordinated Child Care from 2014 to 2015. Samantha also gained sales experience as a Sales Associate at Scheels from 2013 to 2015.

Samantha Scholtes attended the University of Iowa from 2010 to 2015 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Leisure Studies with an emphasis on Therapeutic Recreation.
