Alissa Carroll

Alissa brings a diverse background to One Way Ventures. Prior to joining our team, her time at BanQi, a highly successful neo-bank startup for Brazilians that was acquired in 2020, gave her a solid foundation in operations. Her B.A. in International Relations with a focus on legal studies and experience as a policy analyst at Boston City Hall in the Mayor’s Office of Women’s Advancement showcase her sharp analytical skills. When she’s not working, Alissa enjoys exploring new places and experimenting with new cuisines.
