Kurt Locher has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance industry. Kurt began their career at Prudential Securities in 1989 as a Managing Director and worked there until 1995. Kurt then joined Lehman Brothers as a Managing Director, where they stayed for thirteen years until 2008. During their time at Lehman Brothers, they also worked at Lehman Brothers Asset Management as a Managing Director from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, from 2000 to 2003, Kurt Locher worked at BNC Mortgage, which was a Lehman Brothers company, as a Director. Prior to that, they served as the Chairman at TrueLink/TransUnion Interactive from 1999 to 2002. Currently, Kurt Locher holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at One William Street Capital Management, L.P., a role they have held since 2008.
Kurt Locher pursued their education from 1984 to 1989 at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. During this time, they earned a S.B. and S.M. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

Our portfolios are diversified across a wide-range of investments including: residential mortgage-backed securities, non-performing/performing whole loans, consumer/commercial asset-backed securities as well as commercial mortgage-backed securities.
