Mona Heffernan

Mona Heffernan, CPA, has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Starting in 1991, they served as the Director of Finance for Ball, where they successfully implemented a $15M Oracle ERP system and achieved strategic goals. Mona later worked in various roles, including CFO at Caterpillar Inc. in China and Bioness Inc., where they grew sales and decreased cash burn. Mona also served as the CFO and General Manager at Del Monaco Foods / Kettle Cuisine, where they achieved significant revenue growth and tripled the company's value in two years. Mona is currently the CFO at One Workplace and is excited to be a part of the team's future accomplishments.

Mona Heffernan, CPA has an impressive education history. Mona obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Management from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business between 1993 and 1997. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business from 1988 to 1991.

In addition to their degrees, Mona also holds several certifications. Mona is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accredited by the Colorado State Board of Accountancy. Mona is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certified by the AICPA. Finally, Mona has acquired the Six Sigma Green Belt & Project Sponsor certification.
