Daren Afshar

Daren Afshar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consultancy and production. As President of Winery Productions since May 1998, Daren has focused on pursuing globally viable projects from Japan. In addition, Daren has served as Director at One Young World Japan since November 2017, where efforts are dedicated to developing projects aligned with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals and coaching young leaders through the Global Leader Accelerator program. Previously, Daren led The Winery from May 1998 to May 2003, strategically capitalizing on the wine boom in Japan. Daren holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, completed in 1994, and graduated from Shadow Mountain High School in 1989.
