Esther Agbenla

Esther Agbenla currently serves as a One Young World Ambassador, focusing on advocacy and stakeholder engagement to promote the organization's mission for positive change. With extensive experience at Junior Achievement Africa, including roles as Manager of Special Projects and Office Manager, Esther has managed executive operations and coordinated strategic partnerships for program sustainability. Previous positions include Deputy Manager for Strategy and Endowment Fund at Junior Achievement Nigeria, where responsibilities encompassed grant writing and stakeholder liaison, as well as specialized roles at the Lagos State Ministry of Health. Esther's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Birmingham and various executive programs from Lagos Business School, reinforcing expertise in public health and strategic management.
