Kathlene Muchiri

Kathlene Muchiri is currently serving as a One Young World Ambassador since October 2023, and has been with McKinsey & Company as an Associate since July 2021, following the role of Junior Associate. Prior experience includes serving as a Program Associate for the Mastercard Fund for Rural Prosperity at KPMG East Africa from August 2016 to September 2019, where important responsibilities included portfolio management and project performance assessments. Additionally, Kathlene worked as a Finance Associate at KPMG, coordinating the preparation of financial accounts and reports. Academic qualifications comprise an MSc in Development Studies - Applied Development Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (High Merit) and a Bachelor of Business Science in Financial Economics from Strathmore University, along with Level 1 completion from the CAIA Association.
