Ines Menvi

Ines Menvi has extensive experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as Talent Management Lead for Sanofi Global Vaccines and for the Europe region since April 2014. Ines has held various roles at Sanofi, including Global Diversity Equity & Inclusion Manager and HR Project Manager, demonstrating expertise in HR and business operations across multiple regions. Additionally, Ines serves as a One Young World Ambassador since July 2021 and previously worked at Crabtree & Evelyn as Export & UK Wholesale Business Coordinator for the EMEA region in 2013. Ines holds an HNC in Business, Import & Export from Wiltshire College, a Professional License in International Trade from IUT Laval, and a BTS in Commerce International from Lycee Choiseul.
